Paper submission

Researchers are invited to submit their work in the field of artificial evolution. Each paper submitted to EA 2026 will be rigorously reviewed by members of the program committee. Papers must be submitted as PDF files. The authors'names shall not be blinded for the reviewing process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference pre-proceedings, available during the conference. Post-proceedings will be published in a volume of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series of Springer, subject that the papers fulfill the conventional requirements as detailed below.

When submitting a paper to EA 2026, authors should be aware that they must agree with the following requirements at the time of submission:

  • Paper submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. Submit your manuscript in Springer LNCS format (not exceeding 14 pages excluding references) ;
  • Authors of accepted papers must revise their work in light of the reviewers' comments. They will also be asked to submit a final version of their manuscript by the agreed deadline ;
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for and attend the conference to present their work (20-minute talk followed by 10 minutes for questions). Remote presentations will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances ;
  • Depending on the decision from the program committee, an accepted submission can also be accepted as a poster presentation.
